NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an annual and special meeting of the Members of the Corporation will be held at Via Zoom, on the 7^th  day of October 2020 at 6:00 pm EST and at any adjournment or adjournments thereof, for the following purposes:

1. To receive and consider the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020 together with the report of the auditor thereon;
2. To appoint the auditor of the Corporation and to authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor; and
3. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

*Only Members in good standing for 30 days prior to Annual General Meeting and not expired yearly memberships will be invited to vote on business during the AGM*
