Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the membership of Moyo Health and Community Services will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 6:30 PM. (EST). The meeting will be held using a virtual format, conducted by Zoom.
If you have not yet completed your membership application, please download the application form below or access it here. Once completed, please send the form to Moyo Health & Community Services as per the listed instructions.
If you require accommodations with the membership fee or would like to attend the AGM without joining Moyo HCS as an official member, please contact Hope Ramsay, Executive Director at email@example.com.AGM package and details of how to join the meeting will be sent to registered members ahead of time.
